At Jot, we want you to love your coffee experience, but due to the perishable nature of our ultra-coffee concentrate, we generally cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Send an email to our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you encountered with your Jot shipment.

    Provide Documentation

    If your bottle arrived broken or leaking, please attach a clear photo of the damage and the shipping packaging for our quality control team.

    Review Process

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a fresh replacement bottle is the best solution for you.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, or a tracking number for your replacement will be sent to your inbox.
